Helen L’Huede

—— President and CEO

Ms. L’Huede has had over twenty years experience with non-invasive neuromodulation technology. Helen was first inspired to bring this little-known technology to the world in 2003 following the successful drug-free management of her then 10 year old daughter’s pain, associated with a life-threatening condition. This event sparked a lifelong dedication to ensure access to patient-centered choices in health care. Her initial efforts to champion this technology resulted in the creation of distribution companies in Australia, Canada and the United States, and her associated companies were instrumental in the initial market development of South Africa, Middle East, Costa Rica, Brazil, Malaysia, Japan and Mexico.

Since 2008, Helen has been researching the pain/anxiety/insomnia and depression models of care and exploring ways to design an evidence-based approach to patient-centered care.

From 2010, Ms. L’Huede served for two years on the Board of Chronic Pain Australia, one of five organizations that developed Australia’s National Pain Strategy. The US released it’s national pain strategy in March 2016, following five years of research since the publication of a report by the Institute of Medicine that offered recommendations “to increase the recognition of pain as a significant public health problem in the United States.”

Following the ten years of specialized experience gained while leading predecessor companies, Ms. L’Huede saw the need for greater control over a homogeneously-marketed, trademark-protected product range. In answer to this, Helen co-founded ENSr Medical, Inc. in July 2013, and assembled an experienced executive team along with a diverse and accomplished business and advisory board.

Ms. L’Huede received her B.A. degree from the University of Technology; Sydney, Australia.
